COO and General Counsel

Mr. Delesdernier has practiced Admiralty, Administrative and General Corporate Law for the twenty years.  He was instrumental in implementing the first substance abuse testing program in the transportation industry.  He has extensive experience in maritime operations, contracts/charters as well as vessel finances.  Michael has extensive experience in Administrative Practice before the U. S. Coast Guard.  He has been the General Corporate Counsel for several companies including River Pilots, Towing Companies and Stevedoring companies.  He has been with Vessel Management since its formation.
